Request computer repair or tech support. Remote help anywhere in the country, same-week in-person visits by arrangement. Flat-rate pricing quoted before work begins.
What to expect
- I respond same day (usually within a few hours during business hours)

- I schedule a time that works for you — most visits happen within the week
- I arrive, fix it, explain everything

Service area & hours
Remote help: anywhere in the country, Los Angeles included. Most problems are solved this way.
House calls: by arrangement, for anything that genuinely needs hands on the machine. If you are not sure which one you need, call and I’ll tell you honestly.
