1. I respond same day (usually within a few hours during business hours)
2. I ask a few clarifying questions to come prepared
3. I schedule a time that works for you — most visits happen within the week
4. I arrive, fix it, explain everything
5. You pay a flat rate quoted before work began

North Shore Kauaʻi — Hanalei to Kīlauea, including Princeville, Wainiha, Hāʻena, and the Kīlauea area.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm HST
