Privacy
Privacy at My Computer Therapy — no trackers, no third-party analytics, and your files stay yours. One person on the North Shore of Kauaʻi.
I’m one person who comes to your house and fixes your computer. Privacy here is simple, and it’s the same promise I make in your living room.
No trackers
This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking scripts. I don’t sell, share, or rent your information to anyone. The only way I know you visited is if you call, text, or send the form.
What I collect, and why
When you contact me — by phone, text, email, or the house-call request form — I keep what you tell me so I can help you: your name, how to reach you, where on the North Shore you are, and a description of the problem. That’s it. I use it to schedule the visit and to remember your setup if you call again.
Your files
When I work on your machine — in your home or over a remote session you start and can end at any time — I see only what the repair requires, and I never copy your personal files anywhere. On a remote session, the moment you close the window the access stops and I can’t get back in. You watch everything I do.
What I don’t do
- I don’t run ads or sell data.
- I don’t install tracking software on your devices.
- I don’t keep your passwords. If I set up a password manager for you, the passwords live with you.
- I don’t upsell, and I don’t share your details with vendors.
