Let My Computer Therapy fix your computer remotely, wherever you are. Nothing to install, you watch the whole time, and it ends the moment you close the window.
When the problem doesn’t need hands inside the machine — a setting, an update, email, a printer that won’t behave — I can often fix it right from here while you watch. You stay in control the whole time, and it ends the second you close the window.
The fastest start is almost always a phone call. Call or text and I’ll walk you through it. Distance does not matter for this — Kauaʻi, Los Angeles, anywhere.
How it works — three steps
Point it at me (only if I ask)
Usually I’ll set this up with you on the phone. If I ask you to, open the helper’s Settings → Network, tap Unlock, and enter these — tap either one to copy:
Is it safe?
Yes — and you’re in charge, not me:
- Nothing is installed. The helper runs once and leaves nothing behind.
- You see everything. The whole session is on your screen, in front of you.
- It’s one-time. The password changes every time and dies when you close the window. There’s no standing way back in.
- On a phone or tablet? You can show me your screen, but I can’t tap things for you — those I’ll talk you through on the phone, or I’ll come to you.
